In the evening, you and your family can sit around the fire pit, toasting marshmallows and making lovely memories after a fun day on the lake.

The property features a large, private yard that offers plenty of space to unwind, complete with a screened-in porch, a cozy firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill for evening cookouts. Dock space is available for up to 3 boats, each up to 30 feet in length, making it easy to explore the crystal-clear waters of Lake George.

The carriage house includes a large game room for entertainment for all ages. With Wi-Fi extenders throughout the property, staying connected is never a problem. Pet-friendly, this home is ready to welcome your furry friends, ensuring everyone in the family enjoys the getaway.

The second bedroom includes a futon, ideal for additional guests. The open-concept living room provides stunning lake views, creating a peaceful and welcoming space for everyone to enjoy. A versatile bonus room/playroom offers additional space for games or unwinding, ensuring there’s something for everyone. There is a second full bathroom on the first floor off of the kitchen area.  The large eat-in kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring two dining room tables that can seat up to 20 people, making it perfect for large family meals or gatherings. The kitchen also includes an island for added convenience and flows seamlessly into a screened-in porch, offering an ideal spot for dining outdoors while enjoying the tranquil surroundings. This room also has a pull-out sofa. On the second floor, you'll find a living/dining area, a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave, along with bedroom 6 which boasts a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom. The third floor provides ample sleeping space in Bedroom 7, with four twin beds and a pullout queen sofa, making it ideal for families or groups.
