"The rooms were not updated and there were 2 mouse traps under the bed and my 2 small children were afraid to stay in the room. I asked to cancel the next night they denied it since I booked through a 3rd party. After I contacted the 3rd party the still refused to repay for the next day that I left at 9am.I will never stay here again."

I used the public lobby restroom one morning after getting coffee and it appeared they had not been cleaned for a while. All sanitary product containers were full, no bags in them and no covers on the containers. Then I found in my assigned room, a sock next to a chair that was not mine...not sure how long it had been there. I threw it away. These are the highlights."
