"Not sure why it got 8 plus star reviews but this place is noisy, AC doesn’t work and there a big street right out side the room window. Carpet stinks. This is just below 3 star hotel. Satyam Properties who manages this hotel should make some changes to improve the facilities."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Red Roof Inn Plus. Both the rooms was in an unacceptable condition when I checked in. It was visibly dirty, with dust, stains, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made it uncomfortable to stay. The bed linens did not appear fresh, and the room gave the impression that it had not been properly cleaned before being assigned to guests.
The bathroom was in even worse condition. The toilet flush was not working properly. Cleanliness is a basic expectation...
