"Mechanical system. Very loud. I set to heat - 65. Room was at least 70. It went on all night for 10 seconds but no heat. No way to turn off. Refrigerator. Very loud. Turned it to lowest setting. Still went on all night long. Uncomfortable mattress. No elevator."

"You get what you pay for. Everyone was really nice. Breakfast was sausage links and eggs everyday which got boring. I had an incident at breakfast where another person staying there called me names because he stopped my waffles and acted like nothing happened when they had only been going 30 mins. The front desk employee informed me he would call the police next time he bothered me."
