We had a lovely couple of days in Bendigo. The house was spotlessly clean, lovely fresh linen and close to town centre. Thank you for a great stay Murray!

Spacious light and airy

Spacious light and airy were the first reactions of my friends coming in to this house. We felt very at home with many touches by the host to make it easy to find one’s way around. The position was good for our needs. Quick to get to the lake for a short walk. Not far to walk to the centre, the art gallery or the Ulumbarra theatre or Golden dragon Chinese Museum. It was fun to see the Bendigo Easter parade at night and another on Easter Sunday including the longest dragon in the world!

Greta spot to have access to all things to explore without being right in the thick of things.

Clean, fresh and welcoming. Little things were thought of to help us enjoy our stay, relax and unwind.

Beautiful property in a great location

Our family of five spent a week over Christmas at Murray & Jo's beautiful house, and had the most wonderful time. The luxury linens, interior styling and old world charm made for a comfortable week long stay, complete with a chimney for Santa - seems they thought of everything! The kitchen is extremely well stocked, with appliances and kitchenware that were gleaming and appeared brand new (the kids also appreciated the Tim Tams left in the fridge, and gave Murray and Jo a 10/10 for this). Our 3 kids also loved the sunken bath, large backyard, complete with pool table, plus access to Lake Weerona, the talking tram, and being able to ride into Bendigo on their bikes. Murray was very responsive, coming to our rescue (on Christmas Day no less!) when we needed some assistance. I would have no hesitation in recommending Yapera on Lucan. It's such a beautiful, character filled home, and Murray and Jo's many personal touches made it the perfect home away from home. We hope to stay there again!
