    Golden Butte es una casa de vacaciones de cuatro dormitorios, dos baños y medio que tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente. Bend, Oregon hace de esta casa un excelente lugar para sus próximas vacaciones. Ingrese en pisos de pizarra con la cocina totalmente equipada y la sala de estar con chimenea como centro de la casa.

    En el segundo piso de la casa, la gran suite principal con una cama King, un amplio vestidor, el gran baño en suite con azulejos tiene dos lavabos, cabina de ducha de vidrio, bañera de hidromasaje con dos viudas grandes para Una vista relajante y un inodoro. El segundo dormitorio en el piso es una gran habitación para niños con dos camas individuales. Hay una sala de medios para su entretenimiento. El gran sofá envolvente y la pantalla plana en la pared te dan ganas de ver películas para siempre.

    El tercer piso cuenta con dos suites Queen con decoración apenada 'shabby chic' y excelentes vistas. Hay un baño compartido entre las habitaciones. También en el 3er piso hay una mesa de futbolín para su diversión. Envía a los niños abajo para un divertido juego de futbolín mientras te sientas arriba y disfrutas de las vistas.

    La cocina totalmente equipada tiene electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con una estufa de gas de cuatro quemadores, barra de desayuno con baldosas de granito y asientos para dos. La casa también cuenta con comedor formal para seis personas en pisos de pizarra. La sala de estar tiene una chimenea de gas, un cómodo sofá, dos sillas y un gran televisor de pantalla plana LCD con reproductor de DVD Blue Ray y servicio de cable de alta definición. Permitimos mascotas en hogares que admiten mascotas solo con aprobación previa y una tarifa por mascota de $ 15 / noche / mascota. No se permiten mascotas en la ropa de cama o muebles y nunca se deben dejar solos en la casa a menos que estén embalados / encerrados.

Had a wonderful time as a family of four (two toddlers). Everything was clean and well-stocked. Close proximity to parks, shops, and restaurants. Our girls really enjoyed the large bath tub in the master suite.

Perfect

Check in was easy due to great communication from property. Loved the fireplace, large bath tub and the view. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property! Larger than we expected and very clean! Modern decor and had everything we needed- great location in Bend with awesome views from all windows and decks. Highly recommend!

Great view

We loved our stay. Property was huge, clean, great location. Kitchen was fully equipped and I mean FULLY it was so nice. Sunrise in master’s bathroom was something special

No better place to stay in Bend

Very accurate description of house. Best equipped rental we have stayed in. Perfect for 5 adults plus our dog. Views from everywhere.

Comfortable and relaxing

Stayed at this home with two families of four. There was plenty of space for all to be comfortable. View over the town was spectacular, and lots of time was spent lounging on the upper balcony.

Great place to host a work retreat!

My coworkers and I loved this place and would definitely stay here again. Enough space to spread out and get work done. We loved the location and being able to walk in the mornings to get coffee/breakfast. Thank you!

This house was perfect. We had such a wonderful time staying here for a soccer tournament. The location was fantastic. Close to many wonderful restaurants, Safeway and shops. The house was immaculate and so well stocked. I needed an ironing board and they were so extremely responsive. Brought me an ironing board within an hour or so. The beds were very comfortable and the view off the decks was magical. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Fly Fishing Adventure 18

We used the home as a base camp for our 18th Annual Fly Fishing Adventure in Central Oregon. Our cooks were amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was with equipment to prepare our meals. It was a place centrally located for all the rivers we enjoy fishing.

Wow

Beautiful home. So clean. Super nice setup to have group meals and hang out. Gorgeous views! Quite neighborhood but close to all the activities! Lots of stairs and steep driveway entrance.

Love Bend!

Nice house, great kitchen but lots of stairs! Not a problem for us but anyone with mobility issues needs to know that the bedrooms are all down a steep flight of stairs. Great location and eastern view. Highly recommend this house.

Golden Butte

Excellent property, lots of space and A/C which proved to be super important during the heat wave. Very nice location, high up on a hill with great views and close to the Deschutes river/trail. Very well appointed. Will definitely recommend to friends/family. Will also recommend Arrived management for an amazing job helping us move from another property to the Golden Butte on short notice.

Comfortable Home with a Great View

Beautiful home with wonderful views. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The only negative was the master bath did not have a door or shades on the very large, east facing window. With the sky getting bright at around 5am in June, the master bedroom was really lit up which can be a problem for "light sensitive" people.

the TV's in the living space and the media room didn't work for general tv. The light over the toilet in the main bathroom was out. But the view were beautiful. The house was perfectly located for our needs. Plenty of room and comfort with many details accounted for.

Family birthday reunion

We stayed 5 nights in May2025. The home is large and accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. The view from the 2 decks and all windows was breathtaking. Located in an upscale neighborhood, it sits on a hillside overlooking all of Bend. The home is 3 stories with the street level being the top levelwhich is the main living area and kitchen. The other 2 levels go down from there. Lots of stairs. The property management texted a couple of times to see if we had any questions or problems.We would definitely stay in this home again.

Great stay!

Great house. Stayed here with another family and everyone agreed the house was a win. Very kid friendly, clean, neat layout for two families (be prepared to climb stairs), kitchen was well stocked (thanks for the tupperware) but the best by far was the view of Bend. House is in a residential neighborhood so don't expect to walk to anything (although there is a small playground nearby). Only feedback for improvement is that both the doors leading into the master bedroom and the master bed were suuuuppppeeerrr squeaky- wd40 please! Oh, and I love foosball but the table here could use some R&R.

A Great Stay in Bend

We come to Bend a few times a year, and like to rent homes so we can cook for ourselves and have get togethers with other friends who are in town, so we are pretty fair in our judgements of homes I think. At first glance, Golden Butte might seem a little off the beaten path, but Bend is very walkable (and bike-able), and the house is less than a mile and a half from most of the west-side attractions we like (The Lot, Ten Barrel, Brother Jon's, etc). It is only a few minutes drive from the Old Mill area, where we really enjoy Spoken Moto, Immersion, Crux, and the Brown Owl. Anyways, back to the house: It was very clean, the kitchen was well-appointed, there was a spare propane tank for the BBQ, and lots of spare paper goods, lots of towels in the bathrooms, etc. It shows that the owners want to make sure you have everything you need. The one thing I would have liked to see is dressers in the bedrooms. Like most people, we typically come to Bend for several days and nights (we were there five nights), and it would be nice not to have to live out of your suitcase. Finally, this isn't a complaint, just a heads-up. This is a three-level home. The living area is on the top level, the master and a second bedroom are on the lower level, and the last two bedrooms are on the lowest level. If you have people in your group who cannot do stairs, this wouldn't be the house for you. All in all, we really enjoyed the house, the views from the deck, and the location. We would definitely stay again.
