The Space:

Nestled along the Deschutes River, each unit offers sliding glass doors framing breathtaking views that are sure to have you wishing you would have booked a few more nights. Imagine grilling up your favorites on the barbecue or kicking back with a glass of wine on the patio, all while soaking in the serene river scenery. And if you’re in the mood for a stroll, the Deschutes River Trail runs right behind the property, leading you on a 10-minute walk to downtown Bend. There, you can explore some of our top-rated local shops, restaurants, breweries, and maybe even find a few new favorites to come back to!



Unit 300, our corner unit not only has an amazing view of the river from its patio, but also has windows on its south corner, giving you a panorama of the Deschutes from the comfort of your own living room. It can sleep up to two, offering a firm king size mattress. Unit 301 is able to sleep up to four guests on a brand new, queen-sized bed by Beautyrest, as well as a top-of-the-line queen sized sofa bed. Say goodbye to sofa beds of the past with their clunky metal bars and squeaky springs that constantly find a way to disrupt your sleep! This is the most impressive sofa bed around! It includes a luxurious memory foam mattress that pulls from the frame instead of folding up like other hide-a-beds, making it not just suitable for children, but also a surface where two adults can get a restful night’s sleep!



Both units come with a fully stocked kitchen so that you are able to chef it up—or just for reheating takeout (that's okay too). With an oven, a full-sized fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher, you can cook up a storm and then relax without worrying about the cleanup. Just remember to bring your favorite spices and seasonings to add that extra touch of "home" to your meals.



And for the ultimate relaxation, don’t forget to dive into our indoor heated pool or soak in the hot tub, open year-round from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Plus, you'll have access to our on-site laundry facilities, conveniently located just right across the hall, because even vacationers need to do laundry sometimes. Guest Access:

The studio cottage comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condominium in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
