  • Una cocina actualizada con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y pisos de madera noble son solo algunas de las características especiales que asegurarán que pases un tiempo maravilloso en esta atractiva casa de alquiler de Sunriver. El plano de planta abierto y las grandes ventanas que se enrollan alrededor de la sala de estar principal del segundo piso permiten una gran cantidad de luz natural: manténgase fresco con el aire acondicionado o acomódese junto a la chimenea de leña. Prepare las comidas fácilmente en la cocina a gas y cene en el interior o salga al exterior en la gran cubierta superior para asar a la parrilla en la barbacoa de gas y descansar al sol. 

    Las 3 habitaciones pueden acomodar fácilmente hasta 8 personas: la habitación principal, luminosa y luminosa, ubicada en el piso superior, cuenta con una cómoda cama de madera tamaño king. El baño adjunto ofrece convenientemente acceso para gatos y jill para huéspedes en el piso superior principal. Diríjase hacia abajo para encontrar dos habitaciones para huéspedes, una con una hermosa cama tamaño Queen y la otra perfecta para los niños con una litera estándar y una litera de pirámide (completa en la parte inferior y una doble en la parte superior), un segundo baño completo y acceso a la bañera de hidromasaje privada. Cuando esté listo para explorar Sunriver, salga en una de las 4 bicicletas para adultos provistas con el hogar. This house was excellent, checked all the boxes for what we were looking for. House was clean with nice decor. Kitchen was well stocked. Great deck. Great place for family.

Pros: Nice Deck to hangout, BikesCons: SHARC passes are not included. both the restrooms has shared entrace. and only way to get to hut tub is through rest room

This was a girls trip with 3 of us and worked great. Staff communication was great. The house was in a good location and easy to find with lots of walking trails. It was clean with the necessary items to cook with including a grill. Great deck area. Would be great with kids due to bunk beds. Mattresses could be more comfortable but loved the pillows. The hot tub wasn’t hot and turned into bubble central with the jets on but the team said they would look into. Kurig had lots of options. We would stay here again.

This property was very clean, was nice to have bikes to ride but would have been helpful to have helmets. We definitely would book our stay here again!!

Comfortable house

We enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion is to get a better bed in the second bedroom. Bouncy and not very comfortable. Otherwise great !

Finding the code to open the door was a nightmare. It was not included in the original document I received though it was indicated as such in the communication. It made for a very confusing process, one that was lengthy and irritating. I encourage you to review your process and provide some quality control if you continue with it.

A bit below average

A check in time of 5pm is just too late. This is never going to be convenient for people driving in from far away. We want to unpack and settle in before dinner and have time to do something. A check in that late wastes a day of vacation. For short stays it's better to stay in a hotel where you can check in at 3 and out by 11. The house was fine overall but needs a couple repairs. The upstairs bathroom Door doesn’t close all the way or lock. Most annoying was that almost all of the outlets need to be replaced, they are too loose. Any cord plugged into the wall will just fall out. So it was frustrating not being able to plug things in where we needed them. It's also a fire hazard to have plugs barely making connections with the receptacle and flicking on and off because of the loose connection. The Master bed was too wobbly and rickety. When we first walked in my wife laughed as she could push the footboard and it moved about 10", there was that much play in the frame, it was ridiculously loose. How do people not notice this when servicing the house? I had tools in my car so I was able to tighten the bolts, but half the bolts were stripped. I also used two cargo come-along straps to hold the bed frame tighter. I didnt like having to spend 40 minutes working on the bed (and it was still too squeaky for me). The DVD player in the living room didn’t work. The internal motor that spins the dvd was broken.

Enjoyable stay

I rented this property for a few days while attending a conference at the Sunriver Resort. It was great! We had everything we needed and had a great time. It was very easy to find and close to the Village and the Sharcc (though the SHARCC was closed for the season.) Bennington Properties is very easy to work with! I will use them again.

Homey, cozy, great layout and room for all.

We rented this property with my adult daughter and toddler grandson, and my 17 year old son with two of his friends. The bedrooms are perfect for a large group and we loved the upstairs living space as we could all be in the same room eating, cooking, watching tv. The bikes are fun and the hot tub was relaxing.

Great property even if the weather was uncooperative!

Great value, well laid out floor plan, and a great, quiet location. And finally, a bed that did not break my back! We definitely recommend this property.

Nice, clean home

Very nice home. Spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the bikes and enjoyed riding together as a family. As always everything was perfect! We love renting from Bennington!

Nice property

We have rented many units and this one was one of our favorites. It was updated and pretty clean. We appreciated the prompt attention to the DVD players not working. They changed them out right away. The only thing that would have been nice was having SHARC passes.
