Take in the panoramic views of the 10th fairway on the Woodlands Golf Course from this light and bright home. This spacious, air-conditioned four-bedroom home is tucked back from the street and nestled in the pine trees on a 0.31 acre lot. Enjoy the beautiful hardwood flooring and wood burning fireplace in the open concept living space.

The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed, smart TV and attached bathroom. There is second bedroom on this level with a twin over queen pyramid bunk.

Head upstairs to the third bedroom with a king bed and smart TV. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunkbed and smart TV. There's a guest bathroom on this level.

There's plenty to keep the whole family entertained with a DVD player in the living room, tons of board games, air hockey and ping pong in the spacious garage, plus a basketball hoop in the driveway!

Head out on to the large deck to enjoy a soak in your own private hot tub. Or grill up your favorite meal on the gas barbeque. With all this home has to offer, Fir Cone 8 will sure to be your family's favorite vacation spot in Sunriver.

*This home has a security camera that captures the front walkway, driveway and garage.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Really nice home in a great location.

This home offers a great layout, a well appointed kitchen, games for all ages, comfortable and private bedrooms, and bicycles. We loved the deck for both comfort and privacy. It's hard to point out anything that could have been improved and we would gladly stay here again.

Great Stay in SunRiver

Beautiful home on the golf course. I have stayed in many VRBO's but never one cleaner or more well appointed that this one. We were up for a golf trip and wish we could have taken advantage of bicycles, table tennis and air hockey. The home had two King Suites as I define them. Plenty of room for the three of us. TV's and internet were spot on. Hot tub was great just off the first floor Master. We BBQ'd as well as visiting some local restaurants. It was just a great stay!! Would definitely visit again.

Great house for our family reunion

This house has everything you need (except SHARC passes) for a super fun Sunriver experience. Great kitchen to make food, AMAZING beds, box fans for every room, golf course views off the patio, main lever and upstairs master beds/baths plus two additional rooms for kids with bunks, it’s great!

Perfect Family Getawat

We had the best time during our stay at Sunriver. We purposely wanted a place that was spacious enough and offer things to do for the family if the weather was not great - and this house coudn't have been more perfect. The hot tub, the air hockey table, and the general layout made for a great getaway.

Cozy and well-stocked!

I almost want to give this house/experience a bad review so I can keep this secret to myself BUT others should enjoy it too ;) I like to cook so I’m always hoping the kitchen will be well stocked and this had extra appliances, great knives, casserole dishes, etc. There were plenty of games, sleds, bikes to enjoy and an air hockey table. The customer service was amazing from pre-check in to check out. We had a slight problem with the wifi but they had someone out to fix it in less than 30 minutes. The check out procedures aren’t outrageous and everything was super easy and relaxing. Highlights: - super cozy with firm but comfortable beds/pillows - fun bunk room for kids - well stocked with kitchen gear, games, etc. - Sonos speaker system throughout house Con: - not right next to Fort Rock playground (per my 6 year old) We’ll definitely be staying again!
