Wonderful house

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and the kitchen had every single item we needed (and some we were surprised to see!). It was so well stocked, so clean, perfect for our big group and in a wonderful location. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing Soring Break

Usually on spring break we go to Disneyland :-) Everyone couldn't go this year so we went to Sunriver instead. One of our favorite family destinations! It's hard to compete with Disneyland, but we certainly did have a great time! The house is well stocked and had lots of fun things for the grandkids to do. We will certainly remember Fawn 5 and rent it again in the future when we have a family gathering. Thanks for a very relaxing, enjoyable trip.

Great for a Family Reunion

The location of the house is ideal. The Village and Sage Springs Spa are each a quick walk away. The kitchen is well stocked and labels on the cabinets, drawers and light switches are helpful. Two sets of washers and dryers are great after a day at Mt. Bachelor. We used the spa, which is right off the master bedroom, every day. Carrie and Greg respond quickly to questions. Highly recommend for a family reunion!

Outstanding property

We really enjoyed our stay at Fawn 5. The house accommodated 8 people easily, including one person who uses a wheelchair. It’s very hard to find accessible housing in Sunriver, but this place worked great. Many thanks to Carrie for answering all of my questions in advance on this issue. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, bikes, toys & games, linens, etc. Overall it’s an outstanding property.

Excellent place for a girlfriends reunion!!!

What a fabulous time we had staying at this amazing place for a girlfriends reunion! The space was just perfect for the seven of us. We had everything we could possibly need right at our fingertips. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, the living room was the perfect spot for us to relax and catch up. The location was so central that we were able to walk and/or ride the bikes everywhere and didn't use our cars once! All in all, it was an unforgettable trip, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to call home base. Thanks for the memories!

Wonderful home appointed very nicely!

What a beautiful home with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Open floor plan with TV’s in every bedroom. Hot tub was lovely. Well stocked kitchen! Great location in the Sunriver Resort. The use of the bikes was an extra touch! Would definitely stay again! Very special home! ♥️

Best Family Tradition Ever!

Summer Vacation

The house was incredible, comfortable, clean, and organized. We’ll stocked with everything you need and a short walk or bike ride to the village. It was a great home for kids with all of the organizational solutions throughout the house, laundry baskets in very closet, benches/shoe organizer and hooks in the entryway, etc., perfect for a group or families with kids to keep things organized and tidy.

5 Star 5 Fawn Circle

Kudos to the owners who thought of every detail for this property to be enjoyed as our own. Bikes for adults and littles, a bike trailer for our 3 yr old. The circle was a safe hub of activity for our kids (4 boys & 2 girls), biking around the circle, throwing the football, we spent evenings just playing in the driveway and street. There is a Ping-Pong table, outside dining, a spa, a Traeger BBQ, & enough SHARC passes to use the pool. I loved the melamine dishes, I didn't have to worry with the kids and breakage & china plates for adult use. 2 washers and 1 dryer. Lovely appointed bedrooms with adequate baths, games and books for everyone, DVDs and lots of TVs in all the rooms. You arrive and your wonderful adventure begins immediately. Thank you!

Phenomenal Property!

Our three-generation family recently (July 2022) stayed at this beautiful property. From the moment we walked it, it felt like a home-away-from-home to us. It was very clean and fresh. The air conditioning was a must since we stayed there with outdoor temps in the upper 90s all week. The layout of the home was perfect, with wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms giving everyone more than enough space to spread out. This house had everything you could imagine needing, like kitchen items, board games, bikes, tvs everywhere, towels and more. The Sunriver bike path is literally right out your door, so you have easy access to ride or walk around. It's just a short walk to The Village. Passes to the SHARC are available, and it was probably the highlight of our stay! I am sure our family will stay there again.

Beautiful Sunriver Home

Property was beautiful and spacious! It was also well-stocked with kitchen accessories. The property managers were very accommodating and quick to respond. We loved our stay! My only suggestion would be to put darker blinds in the bedrooms. The summer sun can be quite intense early in the morning.

Great Place to Stay!

I am part of a group of 12 women and we have a reunion every year, either in Oregon or Colorado. We have lots of different needs when we gather - a comfortable meeting space, enough bedrooms and bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a big enough dining room table, and a setting that offers places to walk. Fawn 5 in Sunriver met every one of our needs! And, it has absolutely the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in all our years of meeting together! It has everything you could possibly need. So, this location got a thumbs up from each one of us! Thanks!
