Caldera Springs Lodge with Access to Exclusive Golf

Located in Caldera Springs, 56457 Sunstone is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This luxurious 3,913 sq. ft. home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, making it enjoyable for up to 10 guests.

As you enter the home, you are welcomed with large vaulted ceilings with wood accents and a grand floor to ceiling open air fireplace.  You’ll find spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with beautiful hardwood floors and large windows. Additional features of this beautiful home include:

• Open kitchen that will have you excited to cook with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, six burner gas cook top, and an espresso maker.
• Beautiful dining room table that accommodates eight, with an additional 4 at the counter
• Large living room with entertainment center, TV, comfortable seating and of course that expansive stone fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient.
• Spacious bonus room can also be found upstairs with a pool table, comfortable seating, TV and a kitchenette, and sleeper sofa
• Downstairs master bedroom featuring a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and spacious bathroom.
• Additional downstairs bedroom with a king bed, TV, attached bathroom and private access to hot tub.
• Upstairs bedroom with king bed attached bathroom, couch, TV and private patio.
• Additional upstairs bedroom featuring a pyramid bunk bed, a queen-sized bed, TV, a private patio, a perfect room for the kids.

-This property provides 5 guest ID cards for access to Caldera amenities. Each card permits entry for 2 guests, with children 5 and under excluded from the guest count.

Great floor plan but our son got a rash from the hot tub the first night. No issues with the hot tab nights 2 and 3 so I think it just needed to be cleaned the day before our arrival.

The house was beautiful, and mostly clean. We found dog food and crumbs in cracks of chair even though it’s a no pet home. The bedrooms to the right if the kitchen was very cold compared to the rest off the house. That said the house was a great stay and we would come back again!

Christmas Getaway

The property was beautiful and worked great for our extended family vacation. Had an issue with the internet on night one and a technician was sent out immediately to repair it! Everyone is wanting to go back . Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Mansion in the woods

Very comfortable Large rooms but some in need of maintenance especially heating in the wing opposite garage both upstairs and downstairs! Had to use space heaters to supplement the heating system

Relaxing Vacation Retreat

We loved the charm and comfort of this beautiful home. Food was an important parrt of our gathering. The fully stocked spacious kitchen made cooking a pleasure. Nature was on display outside the espansive windows. The fireplace is the cenrpiece of the house. Outstanding. We will be back again.
