Forestbrook Luxury Retreat with Hot Tub, Firepit & Chef’s Kitchen

Situated in the scenic developing Forestbrook enclave of Caldera Springs, 18105-1 Forestbrook Loop is a newly constructed vacation home that brings endless adventures to your doorstep. A seamless blend of nature with effortless luxury, this 1,755 sq. ft. residence can sleep up to 4 guests with its 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and full ensuite bathroom.

Thoughtful interiors embrace modern Pacific Northwest design and bring the outdoors in with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide natural light and showcase the Ponderosa pines surrounding the home. You’ll find an expansive great room with a gas fireplace for entertaining, a separate dining area and an open chef’s kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and high-end finishes. Two patios offer extensive outdoor living space, with both a dining area and a full-size hot tub overlooking protected woodlands and river.

Part of Caldera Springs’ adventure-filled expansion, Forestbrook vacation homes are just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Forest House, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams and trails.
Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Sunriver home! The space was bright, spotless, and perfect for a relaxing getaway for two. Check-in was a breeze, and we loved soaking in the hot tub under the stars each evening. The kitchen had every appliance we needed for cooking in, and the bed was so comfortable. Sitting by the fire at night made it feel extra cozy. The location was ideal — quiet with great views, but still close to everything Sunriver has to offer. We can’t wait to come back!
