"PRESSURE WASH OUTSIDE OF BUILDING "

"Can’t blame it on the weather, pool was not staffed for Spring break, was unfortunate but windy and rainy weather previous had the pool like a ghost town. Lovely facilities and the hot tub was hot. Was fun."

"The hotel was under construction with dust and fumes. There was no main lobby or breakfast hall. They had moved to a small conference room near the construction. The breakfast offered was very small but near the construction zone with sounds of drills and fumes all around. "

"I stayed here for one night and was fairly unsatisfied with my stay. To begin with, the receptionist was on the phone throughout the entire check-in process, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. In addition, the room was described as non-smoking, but there was a strong cigarette odor as soon as I walked in. To make matters worse, the toilet had not been flushed from the previous use. I understand this is not a five-star resort, but I still expected a basic level of service and cleanliness...

"Staff were very nice! The rooms were not ready when we arrived after check in time, not too big of a deal but the conditions of the rooms are not great at all! Also there isn’t an elevator! “Breakfast” should have been called a snack! "

"A beautiful and well-lit Victorian home in a wonderful neighborhood, conveniently located near many of the best attractions in Shreveport and Bossier City. The room was very clean, and you can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into the B&B. Our host John was incredibly generous, providing plenty of snacks, coffee and toiletries. We unfortunately missed his famous breakfast due to time constraints but we highly recommend staying here!"

"Clean rooms. Staff was inviting. Great spot to stay when traveling with family of 5 plus. They are doing renovations so no gym or pool access and parking lot space is limited with construction equipment but overall very satisfied with the stay."

"All the staff were so helpful and friendly. The outdoor pool was closed so we didn’t get a chance to use it. The gym was decent, though looked like it needed to be cleaned."

"Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid!"

"We arrived late and the front desk staff were not welcoming though we paid well over $200 for a room for one night. The room was dirty, I saw a hair on the small towels, finger print on the bathroom door (gross) and the bed was made but looked like someone sat of it as there were prints. Again, paid $200. I called down twice and got put on hold and then called again, no one picked up. We were so tired from the drive I just couldn’t deal with the staff. The pictures of the room are exaggerated,...

"The room was decently clean, there was no coffee or coffee maker. There was no shampoo in the shower. The most inconvenient thing is that we weren't informed that the only elevator they had wasn't working "

"I liked the remolding and cleanness of the room. But the noise was terrible. I stayed downstairs and whatever was going on upstairs was loud. All day Saturday and Sunday. Somethings be out your control. If they was working on your building, you could at least warn me. I have stayed here before and it was nothing like this. "
