"The cabin was very comfortable and well-furnished. Plenty of hot water and a good shower. The air conditioner worked particularly well. The location was just what we were looking for—on the banks of a slough that connected to Big Cypress Bayou. We were able to put in right by the cabin, but we weren’t bothered by the boat traffic out on the bayou. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Dock House! The fishing was fantastic, and Doug was a gracious host. He even came out to the dock to make sure our fishing was successful! The kids had a blast roaming outdoors and enjoying the playground. We enjoyed the firepit and scenic views! "

"Our stay at the poolside paradise was amazing! The hostess, Candice communicated with us very openly! The house was beautiful and clean. It was very spacious. The view of Cross Lake was spectacular! I wished we could stay longer! I will definitely be booking this VRBO again in the future!"

"This is the second time we have enjoyed staying at this property. There is nothing bad I can say about it. It's very welcoming, cozy, clean, and has everything you would want to have an enjoyable stay. The backyard is very cute and I wish it had not been so hot outside and so humid or we would have made good use of the included Grill. The backyard is also privacy fenced so that's very nice. "This is the second time we stayed at the house as we like the location, layout and specially the kitchen and living room. "

"The property has been well planned by using a mfd home and adding floorspace to it. Amenities include a deck w hottub, a game room, a porch w outdoor tv, and the balcony overlooking the river. Great place to host friends and family!"

"Unique option for an out of the norm experience. We went for my husband's birthday, we enjoyed being right on the water. Location was right in the middle of everything that Uncertain has to offer. We were able to enjoy a mud boat racing event on one of the days we were there. I did see a few complaints about the activity/noise on the dock where this is located.
