It is a half mile walk into the heart of town which is perfect to experience Brooksville. Breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to our friends. "

"Valerie and staff were excellent to me. Check in and check out a breeze. My room was cleaned daily. They have a restaurant on site, Gator Cove, which is s plus for me. Food and spirits are good. They also have a pool which I have enjoyed during the summer months. I most definitely will return."

"Didn't wake up in time for breakfast. Our room was great all the furniture was new and the room was updated. Only complaint was the floors in the room were really dirty so we had to keep our shoes on the whole time. Mentioned it to the front desk agent and she was very apologetic. Not her fault by any means but she was super sweet. Other than that would 100% stay again. "

Besides him everyone else said hi and good morning before any other sentence. I would stay again property is very clean rooms are cozy and its very quiet. Plus there is a shopping plaza right next to it that pretty much has everything! And across the street there is two gas stations. The water park is a walking distance from...

"The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...
