" Very clean - my friends kept saying this as we stay in rentals 2-3 times a year and this house was very clean. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Enjoyed having kayaks available to use on the river and didn’t have to bring ours. The outdoor area was perfect with nice umbrellas and three loungers. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep - I suggest leaving suitcases downstairs. Thank you for allowing us to stay - had an excellent weekend. "

"Bear Trail is a gorgeous property as well as perfectly located on the river. Our host Sonia was quick to respond to any questions that we had which made our stay even better. "We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend staying at this property, celebrating our wedding anniversary and our oldest son’s birthday. It was very peaceful and we loved the kayaks. "Really enjoyed staying here. The location was great! Food in the area is some of the best around as well. Having the boat on the dock and being able to just walk out back and be in the Gulf of America in minutes is fantastic. The pool is nice when you are tired and don’t feel like messing with the boat in order to be in the water.
