"amazingly spacious and nice decoration though it looks a bit old. The facilities can be improved. The breakfast is just normal and food is run out of quite fast due to crowd of guests. Lotte is just opposite to the hotel and convenience for grocery shopping."

"The food was great, the swimming pool, the proximity to the ferry terminal was awesome! The staff were really friendly and I enjoyed my stay! I especially loved that I didn't have to rush and travel a great distance over time to the ferry terminal"

"First time at tis location. I will def stay here again next trip. It is so near to the ferry terminal, indeed walking distance a few minutes away.
Room is clean and nice. Instructions were simple and clear.
At ground level, there is a 24hr mini mart. Can also enjoy the cooling sea breeze.

Many shops in the immediate surrounding area are close down due to COVID, but there are some spa outlets, a conveniet shop, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance that are in business. Very close to Padang Golf course. "

"Very cosy Deluxe room with windows overlooking the "Beverly Hills" of Batam (Sukajadi area) and surrounded by a few hipster cafe and Hawker food stall around the buildings - Bright new concept lay out room (Not the old fashion type) - Clean with strong Wifi and good Air-con flow - Spacey toilet with Hot and Cold shower - Moderate water flow from the big head shower - Would be complete if they could provide a small refrigerator in the room."

"The room that I got was on the 3rd floor (highest), no lifts, the fridge was not working, aircon was noisy, the floor was dusty but slippers provided so ok and the swimming pool and gym are not within premises but a very short walk across the street. Breakfast was a let down as I assumed occupancy was very low. Nothing much to explore in the area except for nearby Kepri Mall. Very quiet area for people who wants peace for a change. Maybe can request for a better room. They have commendable guest...
