"Lovely staff very helpful few issues on arrival apparently Expedia and the hotel had not communicated properly. We didn't like staying in the Gatehouse room...it was dark, the spare room was quite scary thank goodness we didn't use it. My man was so looking forward to a nice bath and jacuzzi but ..."

"What a fantastic hotel! We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who showed us to reception. We had a nice clean room with a very comfortable bed .
