"Room was clean and staff lovely but the rooms need serious renovations. Completely cracked toilet seat that pinched my leg every time I sat on it. Noisy aircon. Shower floor pan made cracking noise like it was going to break with every movement. Coffee make did not work in room but they do have some available in the lobby."

"I didn’t have a kitchen. I did have a refrigerator & microwave & coffee maker. I loved my room. & bathroom. It’s an old motel that has been perfectly updated with a beautiful tiled bathroom & lovely fixtures . Exceedingly comfortable!"

"The historic aspects of the hotel are all present. I also really loved the location - right in the middle of everything. I had a standard room with two beds. The bathroom was a bit grungy. We had a bathtub but no plug to actually use it. The carpet in the room was pretty nasty - I would definitely not walk around barefoot. We also had a stranger try to enter the room (with a key) at 7am. Luckily we had the chain on and they couldn't get in. I called down to the front desk and they didn't seem...

"The room is very clean for a reasonable price. I dont know about other rooms but mine didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. But they have a microwave inside the office that guests can use. The staff here are always welcoming, friendly and respectful. . I feel safe thats why i support them.."

"Stayed at unit number 4-firefly Ridge. Unit was perfect – only downside is parking for this unit is not level. A very small item for an overall outstanding 2 nite visit. I would definitely come here again next time I'm in the Hot Springs area."

"The breakfast and morning coffee could use an upgrade. We would have like to enjoyed the hot tub but there were about 25 kids running and screaming in the pool area. Great place for kids not so much for a relaxing soak. "
