This extraordinary villa with 3 bedrooms with a beautiful view over the Bali ocean offers the ideal setting for a dream holiday in Bali with your family and friends. For newly married couples this is truly one of the best romantic hiding places!

It took 8 years to renovate this luxurious art-furnished villa. To find the antique decoration and art that the owners had in mind. Now the villa is completely finished and the owners because other guests enjoy this great villa.

Enjoy your terrace and swimming pool!
This main villa has 2 spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds and 2 en-suite semi-open modern bathrooms. An intimate sun terrace next to the large swimming pool with 6 luxury loungers - in the shade or frangipani foliage - gives you the opportunity to fully enjoy this place. A first-class gourmet kitchen with every conceivable equipment is at your disposal, including an Australian BBQ!

On the grounds of the villa you will find beside the swimming pool (or 4.5 x 8.5 sqm, standing height or 1 meter to 2.5 meters) something special: A Bali Lumbung. This is a wooden house on stilts with an air-conditioned bedroom and en-suite bathroom, suitable for 2 guests who can sleep in this special and intimate place.

All rooms - including the room in the Lumbung - are decorated with (antique) sculptures, paintings and special textiles. Also you find the most beautiful corals and (very large) shells, presented in the various rooms and on the outside terrace. A collection that has been collected by the owner in recent years along the coasts of Bali and the other islands of Indonesia.

The villa is located in Lovina Beach with the Bali Sea right at your doorstep! From the garden -which is surrounded by palm trees- you have direct access to the quiet black sandy beach. The beach is cleaned daily and is probably the cleanest beach in this area!
Most of the interior of Villa Kamboja is tailor-made by local craftsmen. A so-called Bali door, richly decorated and manually carved, serves as the entrance to the villa. The mahogany furniture but also the gourmet kitchen is made to measure and has German Tecnogas - high quality appliances, granite counters and an Australian Barbecue.

The villa is completely private and guests have access to all this privacy and luxury the villa has to offer.

The staff team of the villa exists or nice and kind people. As a guest you have private staff for the villa. There is a private security guard who watch over the villa at night, a gardener / pool man, a freelance driver and a housekeeper who is also a great cook. She can cook both Indonesian and some western food. The staff have humor and do their very best to make you feel good so you can have an unforgettable stay. The private staff works six days a week, 8 hours a day.

Ask the gardener for a fresh coconut and he will climb into one of the coco palms to pick one or two for you. Delicious!

The staff costs are included in the rental rate, also the cooking of all meals is included, only the groups for the food are for your own account.

For your convenience, the staff can do all the groceries. You need to give them money in advance to go to the local market. Afterwards they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee for the transportation (petrol) costs. Prices for food are affordable, the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.

Dolphin watching tours at Lovina Beach remain one of the main nature attractions of this quiet and laid back coastal town in North Bali. What this black sand beach lacks in features when compared to the beaches around the island's south, it makes up for its frequent sightings or dolphin pods that favor these calm waters. Back in the days, every sunrise, local fishermen in traditional outriggers set out for their daily catches in the bay, and so did the dolphins.

This unique kinship between humans and dolphins developed over time - hunting pods led local fishermen to where schools of sardines and mackerels, and likewise, dolphins joined in for a frenzy following the cast nets. Occasionally, the cetaceans would breach the surface to check out the action above. Fishermen now regularly take visitors for a dolphin watching ride to see their aquatic friends from.

The villa is located within 10 minutes drive from Lovina center, the tourist village on the north coast of Bali. Transport can be easily arranged during your stay in the villa.

The surroundings provide ample scope for exploring, discovery and activities. Beautiful beaches, dolphin trips, terraced rice fields, plantations, mountains, monkeys, temples and some nice villages and towns are close by, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This old capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya library where you will find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja you find the most spectacular waterfall of Bali, the Git Git waterfall. About 10 minutes from the villa the Buddhist monastery, Brahma Vihara Arama, also called the little Borobodur, is worth a visit, just as the famous Hot Springs or Air Panas which are 5 minutes away. You will find wonderful snorkelling and diving sites, such as Menjangan Island nearby and also one of the finest golf courses in Asia, the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, is just an hour's drive away.

We can arrange the transport from the airport to the villa for you. Our private driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall (or lobby) to bring you comfortable with a private air-co car to the villa. The transportation costs RP 700,000 for a car 4/5 people or RP 1,200,000 for a big car (suitable for 8-9 people). Transfer is not included in the rental rate and have to be paid directly to the driver / housekeeper after arriving at the villa.

For sightseeing tours you can also use our private driver. Most of our guests do. Arrangements can be made through our staff or the villa or through our help desk. The driver speaks very good English and is also a good guide, He knows the nicest places and hot spots to visit in Bali!

The use of a private car with driver is only RP 650,000 per day (4-5 persons) and RP 850,000 for a big car (10 persons) including the car, petrol and the private driver. There is also the possibility to rent motor-bikes for RP 140,000 per day, including insurance.
