"What a relaxing, wonderful stay. The team were so friendly and helpful. There are some lovely touches. One thing we missed was not having breakfast in a restaurant, here it’s lovely but room service each day. We will be back!"

"Friendly host, Marco and friend. Room was very clean and well decorated but it was very hot (no A/C, only ceiling fan), noisy if window open and there was no WiFi reception in the room. "

"This is an older property with an incredible view of Lake Como. The front desk staff were exceptional and super helpful. The room could use a little TLC but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The balcony had the best view of the lake. We spent most of our time on that balcony. There is a delicious pizza place next door. Gated parking for a fee but it was worth it and super convenient. I would definitely stay here again. "

"From the staff to the location to the views, this hotel was extremely amazing. Felt like a family type vibe everybody down to the restaurant was just perfect driving up the mountain gave me all the pictures that I wanted, even though it was very scary to get up there but once up there, it was beautiful. They were amazing to make plans and accommodated extremely well with communication when planning a surprise proposal. Anytime I will come to Italy. I will always make sure that I come to Lake...

"If I could give this hotel 10 stars instead of 5 for excellency I would. I have never been so overwhelmed by seeing such a beautiful imposing building right overlooking the stunning lake. We were blown away by absolutely everything it offers - location, views, room and breakfast. Very sad to have to leave here and will be back one day. "

"We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."

"We were right on the water. Free parking within hotel was a bonus in Lake Como. 50 metres to the ferry. First day we took ferry to Bellagio. Beautiful city but far too busy. In early June , we had to line up for over an hour to catch a ferry back to our hotel. The next day, we drive around the lake and enjoyed the less commercially. "
