The main hotel pool and beach weren’t as nice and could be more grand for the level of luxury offered. "Stayed 4 nights in suite with sofa partial sea view, have stayed at 5 other Muong Thanh's across Vietnam, this one had the most limited breakfast buffet items, while the room was clean the bed was a little dissapointing in terms of comfort and pillows were not comfortable (too stuffed). Limited interactions with staff apart from check in which was quick and checkout. Given the other options in town I wouldn't rebook."

"It was a pleasant stay overall. However the service was not good enough to call it a five star hotel. Despite the fact that majority of guests are tourists, there is no tour desk, and the front desk says that they do not know anything else other than the service in the hotel.
