Nestled in the popular Pamlico Point Condos on Spencer's Creek, this family-friendly getaway offers direct sound access and is just a short walk to the beach—perfect for both water sports lovers and those seeking a peaceful escape.

    Enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, and kiteboarding just steps away, or explore nearby restaurants, shops, coffee spots, and ice cream parlors—all within walking distance. On-site perks include a seasonal outdoor pool and access to private docks for added convenience.

    Inside, you'll find a spacious open layout with coastal décor and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Unwind in the cozy living room with comfy seating, a smart TV, and access to a furnished balcony with stunning Pamlico Sound views.

    Things to Know
    Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras, located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting, and subject to closing without notice.

Cozy Condo on the Pamlico Sound

This is a great place to stay. Beautiful view of the Pamlico Sound in the backyard and a quick walk across the street to the beach from the front yard. Nice swimming pool and a laundry room as well.

The location is perfect for water sports on the sound. The Beach is just across the street. The condo was nicely decorated, spotless, and the furnishings very comfortable and nice. I really enjoyed reading on the back deck and by the pool while my husband took wind surfing lessons next door. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you to the owners for accommodating our late check-out!

The Perfect Avon Accommodations

We loved this condo! There is a great view of the sound from the deck and it was a quick walk across the street. The condo was well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. The decor was very inviting and felt modern. We definitely recommend this condo!

Lovely unit

The condo is lovely and well-equipped and well located. The beach across the street goes for miles and is largely empty. The owners were helpful answering some questions and good communicators. We were very pleased.

Family fun at the Beach

Great location close to my daughter’s boyfriend’s family. The unit was very clean and perfect for our group of 4 adults. I only have one suggestion and that would be to put some new towels in the unit and perhaps a few new pots and pans to cook. Other than that, we had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay.
