The backyard was overgrown when we arrived but Jakob was quick to respond to our concern. The lawn company was out the next morning which was much appreciated! The house was close to everything we needed and in a decent neighborhood. Overall, a good stay for what we needed!

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful, cleaned and well equipped for our stay. The host was very responsive and informative. Everything about our stay was awesome! We would definitely stay at this house again if I’m in the area.

This home is great! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and even a grill on the covered patio. A very nice touch - there was coffee, creamer and sugar to use in the coffee maker! The home was easy to find and the neighborhood was friendly and clean. The home's garage (with washer and dryer) was big enough to accommodate two cars. Communications with the Host was excellent - he answered all of my questions promptly and completely. We recommend this home and we'll be booking again with you in the future.Thank you!!

Solid Option

High School graduation brought family into town to celebrate. This house was one of two we rented to accommodate our large family. The house was clean and in good order. The Nintendo Switch room with the bunks gave the two teenage visitors a nice area to relax and keep themselves occupied.

Okay

Convenient location, quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly was a plus. Washer and dryer did not work and not enough towels provided. Mosquitoes are pretty bad as well. We all left with bites.

Our was great without incident! The kids (4&6) loves the front room with the game consoles and the candy wall. They were excited to stay on bunks.My favorite part? The bedding! So comfy! And also, they had an air fryer which is a huge plus for cooking fast and easy. We also appreciate so much the low maintenance of checkout for us. With two small children this is a HUGE plus. The rooms were clean although some of the things may need some extra work in “repairs” like minor scuffs and rusting. They’ve done a good job with some of the updates overall already.

Excellent Accommodations and Easy Access to Main Roads

My family lived in Austin for several years and were back visiting friends so chose this location, knowing it was very close to the entrance of 3 main expressways, which are essential to get around Austin. The neighborhood doesn't look that great but once you are inside, the property is very well done. We had everything we needed to stay there, eat in with takeaway, or cook ourselves. The beds are all Tempurpedic so if you're not used to that, it can seem like they are rock hard but just need to give it some time. Finally, the host was great at communicating with us and made us feel welcome. Excellent choice for an Austin stay.
