  • Situated near Hill Country Galleria, this home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 living areas. Rich wood flooring to the high ceiling in the living room, Ecobee Smart thermostat, Wifi controlled irrigation sprinkler, Solar panels, Insulated 2 car garage. The gourmet kitchen is a paradise for the frequent entertainer with upgraded stainless appliances including a 4 burner gas cooktop, granite countertops, RO water faucet, and rich wood cabinetry. The main floor master bedroom feels like a 5-star suite with its oversized bay window and spa-like ensuite bath with a jacuzzi tub and step-in frameless shower, and double vanity. One additional bedroom plus a home office is situated on the main floor. Take the grand staircase to the 2nd floor where you will find a large game room with professional size pool table, 3 guest bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms. The private backyard has a covered patio, lush yard, and sounds of nature. The neighborhood amenities have a sparkling resort-style pool that looks out over the rolling hill country. House is zoned for Lake Travis ISD. Middle school walking distance. Elementary school 2 miles.

    House is currently in a Partial Furnished state and can be made fully Furnished per guest requirements. The Photos of the Furniture are for reference purpose. The house rents as a long term rental as well, so furniture gets setup or removed as per the lease terms with new tenant. Great Stay!!

Rays was super nice and made our stay very pleasant. The outside grill was a nice touch and overall it felt like a homey vibe.

Tons of space!

Beds were very comfortable! Showers had great water pressure & the pong table was a blast! Location was perfect for the wedding venue we were attending. Great house for couples or girls’ weekend!

Lots of room

This house had all the room we needed, very spacious. Our host, Rays, was very accessible and responded to our requests or needs promptly. We had a great time and the location for us was perfect. If you have a large group this house is perfect.

Cool Spot

Me and my girlfriends definitely enjoyed staying here. Plenty to do and some cool local bites nearby. Close enough for some fun in Austin as well. Definitely need to goldilock the beds due to some being firmer than others and bring a spare pillow if you sleep with more than one.

Great space to spend time with family!

We had a good time celebrating a family member’s graduation as a family - a lot of room to spread out, and we had a blast in the pool. Parking is limited so be sure to check out the parking guidelines ahead of time.

Perfect location for family staycation

Family vacation was a blast! The house was very big with a great pool and fire pit. Family enjoyed playing games. The location was perfect for our areas of interest, which were New Braunfels, Wimberley, Canyon Lake and Austin. We enjoyed meals at home and also went out locally. Really cute town. Safe and welcoming. Property owner was always available to chat. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our vacations.

Everything was great. We loved the house and it’s amenities. The communication with the owner was good too. The only thing we could say we didn’t like is that the grass was really long and because of that we got a lot of insects bites.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay in this large house that works well for groups of different ages. We had four generations represented with both early risers and young adults who like to stay up late at night. The house accommodated the different groups easily, with everyone’s needs and wants to be met. Owner was very accessible and helpful! Wish we had had more time to stay!

Nice Property and Great Customer Communication

My family needed a place for us to stay following a Texas State Football game. We were a larger group and wanted the family to be all together vs. separate hotel rooms. This property allowed us to gather, celebrate a birthday and visit. The house was about 20 -25 minutes from the campus but that was okay for us as we were heading back north the next day. The property owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions very quickly as we prepared for the trip. The property owner checked in and that was nice. The house worked out for what we needed for this trip to watch the football game and spend time with our family together after the game.

Amazing weekend!

I had a fantastic stay at Ray's place. The property itself is very spacious with lots of outside space for games and has a hot tub as well. The house itself is very spacious and accommodating. We loved using the pingpong/8 ball table and the poker table. There is also ample space for everyone to sleep and hangout. The kitchen has two fridges and lots of counter room to cook and organize everything. We had five cars drive up to the house, and all of them fit comfortably in the driveway. The location of the house itself is great with a safe neighborhood and restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Our host was very accommodating and responsive, helping us with a smooth checking in and out process. Overall an amazing stay with lots to do and ample space. I would definitely recommend for future stays!

A few things missing

The house was overall a good experience. I would stay again, but a few things would have made it even better. Kitchen utensils were very minimal and found only one bowl. For anyone cooking, maybe consider bringing your own cooking supplies. Also, there weren’t any linens or towels for the extra mattresses on the ground, and we had to go out and buy these items. For the price, I feel like this should have been provided. The backyard was nice and private. The pool was perfect!

Amazing weekend stay !!

Very amazing property. It wowed us in every way. The view of the sky from backyard was truly spectacular. Clean house, and the hosts were super responsive and helpful. The property is spacious, has ample outdoor space and large clean pool and hot 8-person sap to enjoy. There were many outdoor games as well as many indoor games to keep you engaged. House is very large and and rooms are so spacious. We spent most of the weekend relaxing outside and enjoying the amazing amenities. Every room in the house was clean and comfy, and the kitchen and patio were so nice. Plenty to do on the property we never felt the need to leave. We swam, did yoga with our group, played pickleball, soccer and had the best weekend ever!! Would absolutely love to stay here again whenever we come back !

LOOK NO FURTHER !

This house is easily accessible and immaculate! When you stay somewhere away from your own home, you want it to be clean, comfy beds and furnishings comfortable with all of the comforts of home (maybe a little more if you are on vacation, so you have that vacation experience). The owner/manager communicated very well and timely from the beginning to the end of our stay, which is an aspect that we appreciate because we have rented other homes where we did not have this experience. Everything was as stated and it is even better in person. We had 11 people with two visiting. The home was very accommodating. The yard is so big that all the kids played football and games. The pool is well kept with pool towels provided and seating spaces around. The kitchen WOW what a large luxurious kitchen ---- we have a large family and enjoy eating in a lot ---- so this kitchen is very big allowing for several of us to help prepare our food. So, I would look no further as this home has the comfortable space you need and location is easy access to various locations.
