Whether you’re here to relax or entertain, this soulful property is the ideal spot for both.

The Space:
The upstairs master suite features a Queen bed, ensuite, and access to a private deck with an outdoor shower and bath. The second bedroom, also upstairs, has bunk beds, perfect for kids. Downstairs, the spacious third bedroom includes a Queen bed, living area, and full bathroom with separate access for added privacy.

The open-plan living and dining area upstairs is ideal for gathering, with a large family table and wooden shutters opening to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with a TV and books offer a perfect space to unwind. For quiet moments, there's a sunny study and a laundry room downstairs.

With private gardens, outdoor spaces, and a stunning deck with a BBQ and fireplace, Casa Del Mar is a peaceful retreat. Just a short walk from Palm Beach, it offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.

Please note the third bedroom studio is accessed by a seperate entry. This space has its only bathroom & office.

Quirky house in a great location for bird watching

Quirky house, great views of birds. Not very warm as outdoor ceiling inside. Caution trap drop to downstairs. Very limited storage as owners belongings in cupboards. Needs a bit of a TLC.

Great vibe- unique

House would be amazing in hot summer with no rain or mosquitoes . We had some rain and the gutters leaked water all onto patio deck leaving pools of water and wet furniture cushions . With the black wood stains on furniture and stains on cushions this has been happening for a while.Rear patio with bath tub was a hit however very messy bathtub and deck so had to clean everything before using it - which defeats the 250 cleaning fee we paid for . Also an incredibly strong solvent or resin odour coming from cupboard beside dishwasher . Could not leave windows or doors open to get rid of constant smell due to no screens in house and lots of mosquitos -so had to leave kitchen stove vent fan on so we could stay in living room . Think it may have something to do with heat from dishwasher and resin from inside cupboards . We enjoyed the place but needs some better cleaning and fixing up leaking gutters .The main shower we did not use due to black mold around base of it . We loved Waiheke and the location and space was great for our two days - Thanks

Casa del Mar, perfect for the Auckland getaway

We came for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Casa del Mar is a 10-minute walk from Palm Beach, with glorious views from the terrace. The house is beautifully decorated, chic yet coastal. Everything is provided and we wanted for nothing. Highly recommended.
