Constructed in 2017 with 1 Master Queen Bedroom on the first floor & full bathroom with tub and 2 full size bedrooms with a shared full bath with shower on the 3rd floor. Kitchen with New Appliances, Granite Counter Tops, Kureg Machine, Family Room, Smart TV's throughout the home for your streaming services and High Speed Internet. WIFI, Roku, streaming service capability, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, Refrigerator and Freezer, Stack able Washer Dryer, Board Games, Puzzles, CPI Security System, Master bedroom, kitchen and upstairs bedroom all overlook and have Beautiful Ocean Views. Ideally located near Fort Macon, conveniently located to local shopping, and a 3 minute walk to the beach, local bars and restaurants serving coastal cuisine. Anchorage Marina has weekly and daily rentals for access to the ocean. Parking space and Community gas grill just outside the front door. Perfect beach stay

The condo was immaculate, a perfect distance from the beach, quiet and cozy, and the amenities were great. Parking for the second car was a little confusing, but communication with the property manager was simple and resolved the issue easily. We can’t wait to stay again!

Awesome Location Beautiful Townhome

The place was perfect! The host was easy to work with and was able to get us in a bit earlier than our check in time. Location couldn’t have been better. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and the pool was great. Quiet area and clean. 2 parking spots! Which is a bonus in that area. Would highly recommend this specific townhouse! Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed our stay together and loved the convenience of having the beach within walking distance. Our house was clean and well stocked. Great view of ocean from window. Nice clean and good size pool for kids. I did get my exercise walking the three sets of stairs but it was delightful

PA family vacation 2024

This is a wonderful property. It’s exactly as listed, clean and close to the beach! Couldn’t ask for more from a vacation setting. What made it 10x better was great communication with our host, Marta. She was very responsive and even arranged an early check in last minute since it was about 109 degrees the day we got into Atlantic Beach. I would definitely recommend this property!

Nice place

Easy location to the beach. Approx a four minute walk. No elevator so you do need to be able to climb one set of stairs to the main level. Main bedroom is on the entry level. Two other bedrooms on the top floor, so another flight of stairs. Everything was clean and the a/c works well. Separate a/c for the upstairs bedrooms which is convienent. Small kitchen; you’re not gonna want to cook a meal for more than two or three. Bright and airy feeling. I didn’t go to the pool but it’s close by. One parking place right in front and the other is an easy block away. Lots of restaurants and beach shops within walking distance. Good communication from hosts. I would absolutely stay here again. Also, my bed was comfortable; I stayed upstairs.

Wonderful Stay As Always

This is our third time staying at this property and it never disappoints! From the cleanliness to the amenities to the close proximity to the beach, this place has it all. Marta and Ross are always great and very responsive. We will be back again next year!

Great location

It was nice leaving the car parked and walking. The beach is not a terrible walk and the view of the ocean from the kitchen is nice. There are several other places close by like Bahia restaurant, the Biergarten, the Tackle Box Tavern and the Shark Shack. I would definitely stay here again.

Fun family vacation spot

My family visited for a vacation and we loved our stay! The location is great with being so close to good restaurants and easy walk to the beach. The hosts were prompt in responding to my questions. Would stay here again!

Fantastic Getaway!

The place was exactly what we thought it would be plus more! The location was perfect for the beach, restaurants and bars. I will suggest to make reservations well in advance if you want to eat within walking distance of the house.
