The Space:
Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! Spend quality time with family, or enjoy a romantic couples retreat with breathtaking views of the majestic ocean. This amazing home is professionally sanitized and fully stocked for convenience, so you can relax and unwind comfortably.

The first floor is set up as another King Suite with a king bed and private bathroom. There is also a kitchenette (refrigerator and microwave) for convenience.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master bedroom has its own private deck with views of the Atlantic Ocean and an ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Smart TV and is connected to the full bathroom shared with the bunk room. The bunk room has 4 bunk beds for the kids to hang out and enjoy!

The top floor boasts a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs! Pots, pans, utensils, and much more. The Dining table is spacious and easily seats 8 adults. The living room boasts multiple sitting spaces so everyone can hang out and watch TV or play games around the coffee table! Lastly, the top floor deck has comfy Adirondack seating and great views of the Atlantic Ocean.

You will find a starter kit for your group's beach activities in the garage! You are able to use our cooler, chairs, and any beach toys you find! We have a charcoal grill outside and utensils inside - please bring your own charcoal!

"This was a perfect house. Great location. Walking distance to the beach. Fully stocked with so many extras from toiletries, and family games, to cleaning supplies. The beds were so comfortable. Clean. And when we needed to communicate with the host, he was readily available for us every time. The pictures in the listing are exactly what you get. Recommend reservations, at “Amos Mosquito” right down the street for a meal. And the restaurant, “Southern Salt” was another favorite we discovered. Wonderful stay. Would recommend."

Guest Access:
Three onsite parking spots (garage & two driveway spots outside) Do not block other driveways or risk getting towed. Follow all road signs

The Neighborhood:
The home is walkable to the beach via beach walk access.

Getting Around:
The home comes with 3 parking spots. Do not block driveways to other homes. Follow all street signs or you are at risk of being towed.
Atlantic Beach is Uber/Lyft friendly, but there isn't a ton - plan accordingly.

Other Things to Note:
***Please note, the elevator is off-limits to guests.
Also, beach towels are not provided - please bring your own.
