Welcome to your perfect beach retreat in beautiful Atlantic Beach, NC! This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath second-row condo offers the ideal combination of convenience, and coastal charm—just steps from the sandy shores and sparkling Atlantic waters.
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living space perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The living room features a sleeper sofa and flows seamlessly into the kitchen.
Each of the two bedrooms is comfortably furnished with a queen bed, providing restful space for everyone in your group. The two full bathrooms are conveniently located and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests.
Step outside and enjoy the second-row location, which places you just steps from public beach access—no need to pack up the car or cross busy roads. Rinse off the salt and sand at the community outdoor shower, then relax with a cool drink in the back yard or unwind indoors in the air conditioning.
Whether you're here to soak up the sun, fish, surf, or simply unwind, this condo offers a fantastic home base. You're also just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore all that Atlantic Beach and the Crystal Coast have to offer.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 + tax fine.

Close to the ocean.

The property is nice. There are 4 different rentals in the same building. It was nice for our family to rent. We rented all 4 parts of it for the week. It is nice that each one has a kitchen and washer/drier. It is very close to the ocean. There are 2 outdoor showers on the property. The property wasn’t as clean this time we rented it before but they were not filthy and there were no bug problems. Overall would stay again.

Nice location

The condo meets your basic needs. Nice location, short walk to the beach. The ceiling has zero insulation, so you hear footsteps and conversations from the upstairs tenants. The mattresses were not good and should probably be upgraded. Overall I gave it 4 stars, because with new mattresses and no neighbors it would be a perfect place to enjoy the beach!

Very close to the beach!

Our family of four stayed on the property for a week. It is very close to the beach with easy access. The check in was straightforward and we had no issues with check out either. The washer and dryer in the unit were a huge plus! It was very clean and quiet (some noise from the upstairs but not as bad as other reviews led us to expect). Minor complaints: We found that there were no dish towels or dish cloths for cleaning and drying dishes, which seems unusual. The amount of toilet paper and paper towels seemed limited for a week-long stay. Overall, we would happily stay here again if we visited Atlantic Beach.

Check out headache

It was a great stay until the end. We have always honored the check-out time and we were 15 minutes from the deadline and packing our car, when the cleaning crew arrived. They didn't come and talk to us even though we were clearly preparing to leave. They instead called the property manager to complain that we hadn't left. The property manager then called my cell to ask why we were still in the unit, which of course, we weren't. It was unnecessary annoyance after a nice stay.

Perfect For A Small Group!

I stayed here with my 2 & 3 year old sons. The place was just the right size for us and could have handled one more. Parking was convenient right outside the door and I loved being on the ground floor. There is no dishwasher in the unit. I really liked the towel hooks in the bathrooms, little things like that make a big difference! Watch your shins walking around the master bed. Beds were comfortable and soft. The close access to the beach can’t be beat. I’ve had longer walks to the beach even when I stayed in homes right ON the beach. The outdoor showers are awesome. Thank you!

Great location, quick and easy access to everything

We had a great week at this property, very clean and up to date furnishings. The ceiling insulation is a little thin because you can hear everything from your upstairs neighbors but it’s a small price to pay. Definitely eat 4 corners diner for breakfast, el zarappe for lunch and enjoy a dinner at the oceanna pier restaurant. Outdoor, fully private shower was a top notch amenity.

Nice and so close to the beach!

We were pleasantly surprised to walk in and see such a cute, cozy and clean place. It is so close to the beach and a quick easy walk. We did end up having to buy beach chairs, a broom and dust pan and rugs to help fight all of the sand coming in from the beach. I was surprised that a broom and dust pan were not at the unit. The only other disappointment, which was out of the property managers control, was that two of the other units were rented by a large family that had quite loud parties (directly above us) three or four of the nights we were there.
