"Been here before, overall hotel is beautiful, building and pools are lovely, sea is clean. was much better quality hotel back in 2016/17. But sadly This year quality is same as 4 star hotel, extremely crowded, full of uneducated Russians (always breaks the food drink queue) and big Arab families ..."

"The hotel is perfect - the rooms are very clean but the reception staffs abd the wneeds improvement - we waited for 3hrs to check in actually we arrived a bit early but their service is very very poor - and we are not happy waiters as well"
