A fantastic stay! A lovely cottage with everything you need, set in a lovely location. The owners were very helpful and friendly. There is a fully equipped kitchen with nearly everything you need for self-catering, just missing a pizza cutter. A dishwasher and washer/dryer are also provided. The swimming pool is an amazing asset to the property, it is not attached to the cottage so you do need to go outside but only about 20 feet. There is a shower and toilet in the pool house. Overall, this is a lovely cottage for a relaxing time in the Peak District.

My family and I had a lovely stay. The pool was naturally the highlight especially for our 12 year old who never wanted to get out. It was so much bigger than we expected. The Cottage itself was nice and cool all week despite the heat wave and clean and comfortable throughout. The nearby walks were all breathtaking with some amazing views on top of Thorpe Cloud. We are definitely going to book again.

Beautiful property in a stunning location. The combination of an amazing walk on the doorstep, private swimming pool and jacuzzi to relax in and a quiet location made this everything we were looking for when trying to find the perfect relaxing weekend break. The hosts were friendly and on hand if we needed anything. The house and swimming pool were spotlessly clean and well maintained. An overall 5 star experience! Looking forward to returning again soon!

Lovely, thoughtful, high class property that was hosted by a courteous and helpful family. We had a lovely time in this fantastic location. The pool was the jewel in the crown. We were just disappointed that we couldn’t schedule ourselves to make more use of it, with so much else to do. Wouldn’t hesitate to consider a return and to recommend.
