Le Chaussis is a spacious, charming house with 5 bedrooms, fully renovated in 2022, nestled in the heart of a one-hectare wooded park, next to a private 7,000m² pond regularly stocked with tench, roach, carp, and pike. It's ideal for gatherings with family or friends. Fishing enthusiasts are most welcome!

You'll appreciate the wooded grounds and the south-facing terrace overlooking the pond. For entertainment, there are plenty of games to enjoy with both adults and children: a pétanque court, badminton, a children's play structure, shuffleboard, mölkky, and of course, all the necessary outdoor furniture for relaxing and dining: garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.

Shops: all shops are located in the center of Aron, 1.5km away. The town center of Mayenne is 5km away.

Numerous hiking trails are available in the surrounding area. Access to the Mayenne towpath and the Vélo Francette cycle route (Normandy to La Rochelle) is 5 km away.

The May'N Loisirs water park in La Haie-Traversaine, 10 km away, offers a Wibit inflatable water park, paddleboarding, giant paddleboarding, single and family kayaks, pedal boats, a swimming pool, a beach, and swimming.

Near Jublains (a Gallo-Roman town), Mayenne (with its castle and museum), Sainte-Suzanne (a medieval town and designated "Petite Cité de Caractère"), and the Saulges caves (with its Museum of Prehistory and climbing), the Aron region is rich in historical sites. Don't miss Fontaine-Daniel (the birthplace of Mayenne linen). All these sites offer a variety of activities to explore them in a new way, as well as shows and concerts.

The price of the stay includes bed linen, towels, beds made upon arrival, heating costs (electricity with a limit of 15 kWh/day), and firewood for the stove. Optional extras:

If you have not selected the cleaning option, a €150 cleaning fee will be required upon arrival and will be refunded once the property has been cleaned.

Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property.

No parties or events are permitted. The house has no steps. The bedroom is on the ground floor, and there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower (accessible through a 78cm wide opening). There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

Upon arrival:
- a security deposit of €1,000 (check) if it was not secured by credit card,
- a cleaning fee of €150 (check) if you did not select the cleaning option at the time of booking.
