Gite for family fun with a wooded park, games, and fishing pond
Large house with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an exceptional living room of nearly 80m². The albizia, magnolia, walnut, and poplar trees provide beautiful shade and plenty of space to relax and play. A children's climbing frame, ping-pong table, and pétanque court are available. Fishing is possible in the 1,000m² private lake: carp, roach, and tench. Close to the owners' house, not overlooked.
Southwest-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Shops: 2km away, in the village of Carelle, grocery store, bread depot, restaurant, and bar. All services and shops are located in Gorron, 9km away, or Ernée, 12km away.
Discover the Jardin des Renaudies family activities, 2km away. Visit the medieval castles of Fougères (30km) and Mayenne (30km). Leisure center, swimming pool, and sports facilities are located in Gorron.
Hiking trails depart from the cottage.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis ( avec une tarte aux pommes qui nous attendait sur la table ) . Un très bon dialogue avec les propriétaires qui habitent juste à côté . 6 chambres à l'étage très agréables . Nous conseillons très fortement ce gîte.
