"The room was very clean. Bathroom was very dated, and had no ventilation so it got very humid and wet in there. The heater was not working (they just switched from"

"Our first check in staff was rude but everyone else after that was helpful and great to interact with. Comfy beds and very clean. Will stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The staff and rooms were excellent."

"The hotel was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the hotel wasn't constructed well enough to remain quiet overnight. You can hear other customers both inside their rooms and outside in the parking lot. The is a Dunkin' right next door which is convenient and a Freddy's Burger place on the other side of Dunkin' and has very good food."

"We had a wonderful room with plenty of space. The antique furniture added to the vintage hotel. I do wish the rooms had coffee makers. I do appreciate they serve coffee and tea in the morning in the lobby. I really enjoyed that our room had two sinks, one in the bathroom and one in a vanity area. Everything is walking distance in the downtown area. We would stay here again."

"Good location, clean rooms - manager’s happy hour with free drinks is a nice touch."

"Beautiful hotel filled with lovely antiques. Small rooms, but was expected given the age of the building; the beds were very comfortable. Staff were exceptional and offered amazing customer service! The breakfast selections were appreciated and fueled us for the day. The warm cookies offered in the afternoon were an unexpected surprise."

"The location of the property was excellent. We walked right out the hotel to the walking/biking path along the river every morning. The Animas Beer Garden and Grill was perfect for afternoon drinks and quick bites. The warm cookies at the reception desk were a wonderful treat at the end of an evening out."

"My room was clean, front office staff great. Quiet hotel, plenty of parking. Great hot breakfast. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel in 4 months. I will stay here again in the future if I have the need to."
