House is beautiful. Very clean. Right next to the beach best location for sure. Good for teens and parents. Had beach chairs, for pit beautiful view. Make the short drive to short shore it’s a short easy hike in the wood to an amazing creek and beach! Spend a day there take fire starter log and lunch trust me! Found agates just amazing forest views great for photos of beach and forest. The beach at the house is magical also you. A walk for miles in both directions tons of silver dollars. Huge point entrance was and closed and that’s too far to walk so drive down to haystack on at low tide they have the best tide pools. But there are small tide pools at the beach in front of the house too. Bring rain boots and rain jackets. It was a must have. House has very soft amazing beds! We watched Goonies and twilight just to get in the spirit lol. We grilled dinner most night it was perfect had all the stuff you need. Including sand toys, med side rain jackets and blankets and chair for beach. Even when tide is high you can walk the beach! Lots of fire wood to have a fire in beach but bring a starter log or two. Watch the sunset in the beach w a fire it’s worth it! The beach empty most days the neighborhood is clear, beautiful and everyone was so nice! Short drive to Astoria must see Goonies house and film museum. Very glad I stayed at this house instead of staying in Astoria though much nice area and the beach was pretty with tons of hiking.
