Living room window wasn't properly sealed and let in both cold air and ants (crawling on the sill and vent). The couch had stained cushions, and the curtains had staining and rips. "Extremely friendly and kind staff. The rooms are very clean and the bed....oh my God, pure bliss. As good as or better than Marriot mattresses and not one other hotel bed has EVER compared. This hotel has been around a while under a previous business name and has needed upgrades for a while but it has happened. I have a new hotel brand to add to my list now. Thank you so much to the owners, because I needed a peaceful stay and good sleep so badly. I'm literally forever grateful. "
