"The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze."

He controls what you bring to the pool, how you dress at the pool, where you can buy food/drink, what is in your bag, when you check in and how much it costs to check in. If you want a chair by the pool, it is $$80 per person. The staff is beyond terrified of this GM, this Maniac. "Everything was just fine. They claim soundproof rooms on Expedia and found that to not be the case."

"The house had most everything you could need except food storage containers. We cooked most of our meals so that would have come in handy. The coffee bar was adorable and when there was a problem with the area they had someone out within the hour to fix it. We would definitely return as we could easily fit multiple families for the stay. The vicinity to anything we needed was great the only way the location could have been better would be to have lake access."

"Easy to get to. Pretty quiet for being next to a hospital. Beds were comfortable. Not an option for getting just towels and not having the sheets changed. So I just asked housekeeping for towels and hung the do not disturb sign. Parking in the attached garage was not included. Breakfast was decent.
