  • La reina Costa es una casa maravillosa para una escapada agradable a la costa para el fin de semana. Es un lugar perfecto para una familia, una pareja o incluso dos parejas. Es un corto de dos minutos a pie de la playa (y cafetería, tienda de delicatessen, tienda de la esquina, y restaurantes) que proporciona una gran ancla de días en la playa, sin embargo, es sólo unas pocas millas de Santa Cruz para disfrutar de la maravillosa comida y actividades en Santa Cruz.
    Rio Del Mar es uno de los últimos de las pequeñas zonas pintorescas, pueblo de la costa central. Se puede caminar alrededor de una milla al norte de aquí, y aparentemente interminables millas al sur. Estamos cerca de la nave de cemento también.

    La casa ha sido recientemente remodelado, con nuevas plantas y equipos en una cocina totalmente equipada, totalmente funcional. La cubierta superior es un lugar maravilloso para pasar el rato en los días de sol y sombra (con un paraguas móvil si eres un amante de la sombra), junto con una parrilla al aire libre.
    Hay televisores de pantalla plana, tanto arriba y abajo, además de cable básico y libre de Netflix. También tenemos a internet de alta velocidad.

    Tenemos una zona de parking para dos coches aparcamiento en la calle.
    Somos un alquiler de vacaciones legalmente permitido en el condado de Santa Cruz.

    También tenemos - especial para los niños - un armario de Harry Potter! Está equipado con una cosa de tipo colchón súper cómoda, y las almohadas. (Seguimos a la espera de un búho para encontrarnos.) Los niños se han sabido leer libros allí durante horas, dormir allí, y jugar a juegos espeluznantes allí también. (No es buena luz allí, para aquellos que lo deseen.)

    Somos amigables para perros. Le pedimos a su perro que no esté infestado de pulgas, que esté libre de marcas y que se mantenga alejado de los muebles. Por favor, avíseme si trae un perro.

    Tenemos un máximo de cuatro adultos en general. Si usted planea en tener más de 4 adultos, es necesario comprobar con nosotros. Se cobrará una tarifa adicional de $ 20 por noche por persona extra.

Great Beach Getaway

Great time spending a sunny winter-day at the beach. Great location! Home was nicely decorated, comfortable and beachy. I appreciated the check in emails from the owner, the easy/secure parking and large outdoor deck.

Great place by the beach

This is our second time staying here and we love it. It is walking distance to the ocean and a great walking path. Owner is quick to respond and we loved having coffee on the balcony. A fire pit or a hot tub would make this place perfect !.tuoumake this perf td perf

There was plenty of room to spread out. I appreciated the heater in the master bedroom. It was very comfortable and super close to the beach and coffee shop!!

This property is set up great for people traveling with small children, but not so much for someone traveling with an elderly adult. It was surprisingly quiet for the location but river or beach is not visible from the property the view is the hotel across the narrow crowded street.

Host easy to communicate with. Property location was perfect. Kids 11 and 13, and the dog, all had fun boogie boarding and playing on the sand. Beach bathrooms a plus. House was comfortable. I really liked the artsy decor. Kitchen well equipped with coffee maker, air fryer, basics for cooking, and dishwasher. Laundry was nice to have the option. The host also includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower which we appreciated. A few food options within walking distance. We are hoping to plan a trip back next year!

Spacious cottage on the bay

Great space for a family- two bedrooms, two bathrooms and large outdoor deck. Well stocked kitchen. Only meal we prepared was breakfast. Quick walk to beach. As tennis fans, we were delighted to get the channel for the U S Open. Comfy furnishings. Limited stores within walking distance. Many restaurants and coffee spots several miles away.

Great location.

The location was great, but the unit was a bit disappointing. Bedrooms very small, cramped. Linens and pillows not so nice. Good towels, but no hand towels. Kitchen was was nice but dishes, towels , glasses and utensils were in short supply.
