Great stay

Our stay was for a bowling tournament that went from Green Bay down to Oshkosh. The house was located close to the Bowling alleys. It was convenient to get around. The staff was great. They were very attentive to any needs. I want to thank everyone who helped us on this trip. If you're looking for a great place to stay this is it.Thanks again Jason

This was a great place, clean and well stocked. Prompt communication with the owners. Two couples in for the EAA Airventure, we had plenty of room and an easy 25 minute drive to Oshkosh. I would highly recommend this house!

Nice Home/Great Location

This property is well maintained and nicely updated. The master bedroom is on the second floor and is quite big. It has a sitting area with a desk for a nice WFH setup. The other bedrooms are somewhat small, but as expected in an older home. Two are on the bottom floor and the other two upstairs. The best part about the house is the location. Within walking distance to any events at Lawrence University (we were there for the graduation and could walk to the ceremony in 5-10 min!) Downtown with its bars & restaurants was close, too. Airport was a 15 min drive. For a great restaurant that is in the neighborhood (maybe 15 min walk, not downtown) I would highly recommend Ellinor - excellent food & service! I would definitely stay at this property again, when next in Appleton!

Perfect Spot for Reunion Weekend

25 year college reunion weekend at lawrence university and my friends and I couldn’t get a room at the paper valley - didn’t want to stay in the dorms. feel so lucky to have stumbled upon the place which was perfectly spacious and located just steps off campus. we could gather to catch up and chat, everybody had a bedroom, kitchen was great tho we didn’t have time to use it. thank you!

Wonderful Property

House was great.Memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. Space heaters and fans to make sure you are cozy.The kitchen and bathrooms have been re-done and are perfect. It’s all the little things….easy check in, strong WiFi, comfy places to sit, roomy, delicious chocolate, and easy to use TV. We stayed during a very snowy period and they had the property shoveled (a very nice touch). All and all - the house was great. The property managers communicated well and everything was as expected. This family of 5 (2 adults and 3 late teenagers) was very, very comfy and would not hesitate to rent from them again.
