"Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. "

"Always love coming back to The Clarendon. We stay here when enjoying concerts at the o2. Quick exit from o2 by bus rather than the huge queues of the underground. Bus stop right outside. Great breakfast and friendly staff. "

"The Room had several filthy marks on carpets, the bathroom sink has cracks all around this, the white window nets where stained yellow, bedside light not working , we was also promised a free late check out due to the issues, then charged £15 for the extra hour when our deposit was released , staff we rude and came across as not cari g also NO bar area as described in hotel and restaurant was very worn and needs a refresh, NOT worth the mo we paid for the room.. its a real shame as from the...

"Okay stay... We chose to stay here due to the opening offer discount, which we were happy with the hotel for what we paid, but would have been disappointed if we had paid more! One issue was the room bed size - we paid more for a king size bed, however, according to their very own receptionist, on the hotels booking system there is no differentiation between a double and a king. Therefore, they charge you more for a king when there's no difference to a double. The bed was 2 single divans pushed...

"The apartment and the rooms were all well looked after. Clean, tidy with good amenities. I gave it 4 star due to the windows, yes, the windows. Even though the windows were closed, we could hear everything, just as if they were open. If they sort this out, 5 star all the way."
