  • luxury apartment, south exposure, large 2 room apartment of 60 m2 plus a very large terrace of 20m2 with breathtaking sea views in a prestigious residence located in the city center. The sea view is panoramic with a view of Cap d'Antibes, the Lérins Islands and the Palm Beach of Cannes. The apartment has been completely refurbished recently. It is composed of an entrance hall with cupboard and a guest toilet fitted with a hand basin; a spacious living room with a living room with high-end rapido sofa bed offering a real bed of 200x160 with mattress 14 cm thick, designer decoration (Roset line) library, TV cabinet, desk and dining room for 4; a bedroom (with large fitted cupboards fitted with mirror) also opening onto the terrace; it is composed of a king size bed offering a bed of 160 x 200 bed from which you can enjoy a full sea view; this room has a double bay window ensuring total soundproofing of the room at night; presence of a wall-mounted flat screen TV in the bedroom; a new, independent white lacquered kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer and nespresso machine and electric coffee maker; a room bathroom completely refurbished with marble including furniture with basin, bath with shower, suspended toilet. The whole apartment (kitchen living room and bedroom) gives, thanks to large bay windows, on a very large terrace of 9m x 2.6m welcoming a lounge with a large table and 5 armchairs as well as a rolling table
    The apartment is air conditioned, located on the 5th floor and has free wifi for you; a closed garage is included in the parking in the basement of the residence. A concierge is on the ground floor and the residence is monitored at night by a security company. Please note that all household linen (kitchen, bathroom and beach) is provided to you at no additional cost. On your departure the clean apartment must be returned clean (apartment + terrace + bay windows). For this end-of-stay cleaning, you will give 50 € in cash to the person who welcomes you on the day of your arrival.

Beautiful condo in excellent location. View is unobstructed and fabulous. Close to food, beach, nightlife. Very short walk to the train station with very frequent trains to all the little gems along the coast as well as Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo. Included parking was very nice perk - parking in Juan les Pins can be difficult. We had a great vacation here.

Just steps from the beach

My daughter I were very comfortable and the beach, restaurants and Antibes were within walking distance. It is a lively area with lots of bars and restaurants.

Wohnung in Toplage mit Meerblick

Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober hier. Der Balkon mit Seaview war ein Highlight, aber auch sonst war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet (Garage im UG) und gemütlich, auch zentral gelegen. Als Basis für Ausflüge in die Umgebung top. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert.

Wohnung in Toplage mit Meerblick

Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit spektakulärem Meerblick. Das können wir nur bestätigen. Und die abgeschlossene große Garage im UG ist sehr vorteilhaft. Das Bett leider, nur 1,60 m breit, war sehr komfortabel. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Une semaine agréable en famille

Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire. Appartement très bien situé (proche des commerces et de la plage) avec une belle vue sur la mer qui demanderait cependant un rafraichissement. Dommage que le ménage à l'arrivée laissait à désirer !!!!

Vacances magiques à Juan

Superbe appartement tout confort au coeur de Juan et de ses plages. Terrasse avec une vue mer magique et imprenable sur la baie de Golfe Juan s'étendant du Cap d'Antibes à La pointe Croisette.A 1 mn de la plage, à 5 mn de la gare de Juan, à 10 mn de Cannes par le train, et à 10 mn d'Antibes-centre par le bus ou 20 mn à pied. Proximité immédiate de tous les commerces essentiels et des restaurants.Oubliez votre voiture qui ne dépassera jamais les 30 km/h dans la region et profitez du soleil et de la mer!Promenades sympa sur le Cap d'Antibes et sur tout le front de mer de Juan à Golfe Juan.Tres bon accueil simple et efficace.

Fabulous apartment not to be missed

Fabulous condo not to be missed great location gorgeous view. Easy to get to parking. Good size apartment. Extra bathroom. I have stayed in many VRBO apartment in French Riviera but nothing like that is very comfortable airy and secure. The kitchen has more then you need for a one bedroom apartment. The only replacement will be to get a larger bed. The bed was very comfortable but we American use to a queen size bed or king size. Yes will be back time and time again. For the first time when we closed then left after a week we said we truly going to miss the place.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Frédéric. Le logement est très propre, confortable et parfaitement bien situé. Tout est pensé pour que l’on s’y sente comme à la maison. La communication avec Frédéric a toujours été rapide, claire et agréable — un hôte attentionné et accueillant. Unclean apartment in top location

The property and location is great, the view is fantastic and the garage is a big bonus. The apartment could have been so nice if the cleaning hadn’t been so bad. Sandy floors, really dirty kitchen, towels with really bad smell, so sad that a nice apartment isn’t taken care of better.

Cet appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos de l'annonce: lumineux, spacieux,très bien équipé avec une grande terrasse et une magnifique vue sur la mer dans un immeuble de grand standing. A recommander!!!

Comfort, convenience and a superb sea view

Excellent apartment in the heart of Juan les Pins, with a superb view from the ample terrace directly overlooking La Baigneuse and the sea beyond. Instant relaxation! The entrance to the apartment block exudes quality and security. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Central to beach, shops, and restaurants. 3 mins walk to the train station. Very responsive and helpful owner. Would certainly hope to return.
