"So let’s start out with the fact someone went in our room and pillaged through our stuff and stole some jewelry. I went to front desk when I got back after being gone 10 hrs he said he would look into it and call me right away.. never go back to me went in the next morning was told they would look over the cameras and call me back.. never heard a thing.. not one attempt to respond nothing… no concern or anything on the owners behalf.. 2500 in stuff missing.. I was disappointed that even with calling days ahead and asking at check in as well, they would not allow us to have rooms near our other members of our party. I was also given a room in which I felt like I was rooming in the elevator. I had to listen to the dinging of the elevator the whole trip. Made it so I didn't sleep well at all! "
