Great location!

We came to Angel Fire to do some mountain biking and having access to the garage to store the bikes at night was a huge plus! Would definitely book again.

Family Ski Trip

Pros: The location of the property was great. The check in process was easy and communication with the host was always prompt. Cons: The property is a bit dated and has some minor maintenance items that should be taken care of.

Wonderful Stay and walking distance to the resort

Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Spencer was very quick to reply back and we really liked having a garage to store our equipment when we were done for the day. The showers were a bit quirky but understandable with the age of the property. Otherwise for price and location, our family enjoyed the stay.

The condo is located half a block from the shuttle pick up to the resort. Great location for skiing! It is part of an older complex at the base of the mountain. Comfortable living room with excellent recliners for two people to watch an evening movie. The loft is cozy and curtained off in case you have guests. It is not fancy and there are no views other than other apartments but it is comfortable and the owner is great to work with.

Great location, great host

This is our second time staying with Spencer. It was just as good as the first time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Spencer was very quick to respond when we found out at 9:00 at night the air matress had a slow leak. Not only did he reply to the late night text quickly he even had a back up matress in the unit so it turned out to be no problem at all. The unit was close enough to the mountain to walk but with gear and kids I just drove them up to the lifts, easy peasy. The TV in the master was equiped to allow streaming service. The TV in the living room had Direct TV or Dish,. It may have just been us but we don't think it was streaming enabled which was not too bad since we were there over the weekend and could what football through Direct TV.. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Angel Fire because it is on the flat area (easy to get in and out) and close to the resort and clean.

Don’t Stay Here!

The property manager Spencer was attentive and helpful. The pictures do not show how threadbare it is and how much it needs to be refurbished. There was a hole in one of the doors, window coverings were missing, and there was mold in the showers.

Easy bike park access

Had a great experience. Property was clean, tons of extra sheets and pillows and towels. Easy access to ride right up to the lift at the bike park. Garage was a bit tight to try to get parked in with anything but a small car, but we just wheeled the bike trailer right in by hand and it was very convenient to store them there. Plenty of outside parking right on the end of the building so no trouble parking our 2 vehicles. Much nicer than trying to wrangle six bikes inside!

Ideal Vacation Location

Perfect location and size for our family of 5! Extremely clean and well stocked and excellent communication with owner. Minutes away from the ski shops and resorts lifts. Will be making this our ‘go to’ spot for our yearly get-away!

Beautiful place in a fantastic location

We enjoyed our time here. The condo was very clean and spacious. It includes 2 grills which was really nice to cook outside. We were also super happy to use the washing machine. Overall a great place to stay and our host was very responsive when we had questions. If you are working from home, this may not be ideal as the wifi was slower and did go out for part of our stay. I would also say the water in Angle Fire as a town does not taste great. So would recommend bringing bottled water with you.
