The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces, making meals and gatherings effortless. Upstairs, the loft provides additional sleeping space, along with two extra sleeping cots ideal for children, giving families added flexibility and comfort.

LOCATION: This home is approximately 4.1 miles or 9-minute drive from the Angel Fire mountain activities. Shared community indoor heated pool located at the Angel Fire Country Club approximately 2.8 miles or 7-minute drive. Fees apply
PARKING: On-site parking for 3 to 4 vehicles
PET FRIENDLY: If bringing pets, there is a $200 non-refundable pet fee and 2 dogs max
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property, please note that we have 2 exterior security cameras not turned on but are used during emergencies only - one facing west at garage and another facing northwest at back door. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

ANGEL FIRE COUNTRY CLUB: Open to the public. A fitness center and indoor heated pool are available for a small fee. Fine dining and full bar at Elements.
GOLF COURSES: Angel Fire Resort Golf Course (1.7 miles), Valley Escondido Golf Course (12.9 miles).
DAY TRIPS: Taos and Taos Pueblo Village (24.9 miles), Taos Ski Valley (43.7 miles), Rio Grande Gorge Bridge (36.6 miles), and Santa Fe (92.6 miles).

During the winter months, please keep in mind you are traveling to the mountains. All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
