"Habitación limpia, atención del personal"

"Un inconveniente fue que el acceso directo a la piscina no era como tal. Si sales a la piscina por la parte del patio, tienes que dejar la habitación abierta (el balcón) para luego poder volver a entrar. En la piscina apenas había sombra durante la mayor parte del día."

"Très bel établissement, accueil chaleureux. Vue sur le golf et un peu sur la mer au loin... Chambre non conforme à la photo de la réservation, mais bien quand même. Je recommande."

"We expected a balcony but didn't have one and hotel was full so couldn't change room. Room very small. There wasn't any details in the room about information of the hotel. Service at the bar was slow, however prices very reasonable. We were shocked at the litter and dog mess surrounding the Parador hotel and castle. On walking down to Jaen town - the route was quite disgusting! We stayed three nights and understand know why most people stay one night."

"Nos hemos sentido como en casa"

"What a charming place. The location is perfect inside of the ruins, close to main plaza. Free and 24hr parking. The price incredible. For being in the middle of town, it was not loud and the rooms were dark in the morning so you can sleep in. Definitely adds to feeling you are back into the 16th Century."

"Great location in the heart of the Albaicin. Old Palacio with many original features. Very good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Great views of the Alhambra from our room Number 11. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was above average."

"Ok, but a bit old and needs renovation. The design is glass and chrome 80 s style. But ok (to expensive so low value for money)."

"Superb location, great hotel."

"Room very very maintained and breakfast buffet superb. Some staff were very good"

"Beautiful location and very peaceful stay. The staff were most helpful and friendly, I loved everything about my stay."

"What a wonderful hotel! Located across from the Alhambra, it is peaceful and quiet. The furniture and bedding was very comfortable. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was terrific -great selection of foods including lovely fresh fruits. I will definitely stay here the next time we come to Granada, Spain!"

"Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere especially at night (October). Good evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely stay again but not in the summer!"

"Hotel rooms we slightly dated. But all bed comfy and nice bathroom. And rooms fitted with a smart tv. It’s a very Spanish hotel which is lovely. Which means the kids club is all in Spanish but a few of the girls speak English which was lovely for our little girl. Food was absolutely fabulous, great options every night plenty to choose from. We have full board and never went hungry. Was a great place to stay"

"I stayed here for one night just to catch an early bus next day. It is 2 minutes walk to the bus station. Room is a bit hot in the afternoon. Everything else is fine."
