I'm not sure if they had a cad scanner behind the counter but only the cards used at the hotel for the deposit were compromised. This is disappointing as the hotel itself was decent. "

"There was never enough hot water to take a shower. There were two of us in the room and one got about 6 minutes of hot water and then the second person got no hot water. Ridiculous. The people above us sounded like they were bowling. And although the property is no -smoking, it wasn't enforced."

"It's stated it has a restaurant but doesn't..Wyndham in Colorado Arizona and Utah sevre a free full breakfast. The continental here is awful."

"This motel is in a great location---only 1/2 mile from Knott's Berry Farm. We were always able to find a parking spot near our room. Nishant, the owner, was very accomodating and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again."

"Refrigerator didn’t work, so my wife went to the front desk to ask about it and was told they didn’t guarantee that the fridge, microwave, tv, or anything else in the room would work. Microwave was at least 20 years old and did not work either. They did not service my room during the day (no big deal) but when I went to ask for towels, I was met by the same older gentleman that talked to my wife the night before and he tried telling me that I should have asked the maids for towels during the day...

"This place was awful the staff were disgustingly rude worst place that I actually have ever rented at. From barging into my room at 7:00 in the morning yelling get out because I had a balance of $7 from the previous day to me walking by the front desk and one of the employees mocking me asking if I'd called motel 6 is corporate yet to complain on him and what name I used because he wouldn't give me his name. I don't know who from motel 6 corporate bought this place and turned it into studio 6...

"Very clean rooms! Staff is very helpful! Perfect for a beach vacation! Parking can be a little difficult but we did park on the property each and every night"

"I’m just saying that the photos were deceiving. There was no breakfast just coffee at the entrance.. the hallway smell like dog the towels had stains and holes. There was no cooking utensils to use for the kitchen that was provided in the room. The room smell like cigarettes, cigarette butts or on the windowsill. The furniture was chewed by animals. I had minimum funds to work with, so I couldn’t get another room at a different location. I was disappointed specially when there was no parking."

"The best part of staying here is the beds. I was exhausted and the beds were so comfortable. I like having a little couch and a Keurig in the room. I do miss the old rooms with the Snoopy decorations, but the hotel is definitely fancier than it used to be. The shower was mid, low water pressure but very clean and plenty of towels. Also, the towels were really nice. The staff is always so friendly and helpful from checkingi in to check out. and all the Housekeeping ladies were all really nice....
