"The highlight of our holiday to South Africa! A beautiful lodge with comfortable air con and tranquility (and yes a few necessary spiders) but providing the most incredible authentic experience of the wildlife, animals, birds, flora and fauna of this game reserve. Food and wine were excellent and plentiful, the service was superb, including gin and tonics during our afternoon game drive! We had an excellent guide, Greg, with such a knowledge and passion for his work as a guide, and he led us to...

"Mooie cottage gunstig gelegen tov Addo Elephant Park. Toegangsweg met ‘gewone’ auto uitdagend bijna 5 km over onverhard met gaten en keien. Uitzicht adembenemend, lieve honden op het terrein maar daar moet je van houden natuurlijk! Spullen wat verouderd maar alles aanwezig."

"Our stay was incredible. Desmond, our guide, gave us some incredible sights and we were really lucky to see 4 out of the big 5 alongside various other interesting animals. The reserve is vast and there is plenty to see, the fact that there are various lodges across the reserve means even if you have a fairly quiet hotel, there are plenty of rangers out doing drives which helps your chances of animals being spotted and your ranger making their way there. The accomodation is lovely, a perfect room...

"Conveniently located near the N2 road to Port Elizabeth and very close to the south entrance of Addo Elephant park. The B&B is beautifully presented, comfortable, clean, quiet and lovely hosts who make you feel welcome and at home. In the morning I was surprised to be right by the river, eating a lovely cooked breakfast on the decking outside. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you "

"Die Lage des Cottage ist perfekt. Vom Bett aus konnten wir Elefanten und Kudu-Antilopen im Addo Park sehen. Aber auch direkt hinter dem Zaun des Grundstücks waren Warzenschweine und Antilopen unterwegs. Es war sauber, und alles da, was man benötigt. "Everything was fantastic, we stayed in Bayethe and the rooms were huge, well stocked and beautiful. The service from the Rangers, the housekeepers, The Lodge staff were all amazing too. "Wunderschönes Safari Erlebnis mit sehr netten Personal. Worauf sich Gäste jedoch einstellen müssen: - 7,5km Anreise auf einer sehr schlechten „Safari-Straße“ mit vielen Schlaglöchern und anderen Hindernissen - Kein TV in Suites (Für uns war das nicht störend da die Lage traumhaft ist) - Auswahl an Essen etwas limitiert"

"Fantastic camp. The only thing I can complain about is the lunch and dinner. I would appreciate more African food. It was not so much taste and mediocre. We have experienced so much good food on the our trip so we had high expectations on the food here as well. "
