  • The apartment is120 squre meters wide, with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room and veranda, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
    Perfect for couples or families of four.
    Located in the beautiful countryside of Alghero, 3 km from the city center of Alghero, in Salondra area and 4 km from the sea and beautiful beaches; the apartment is at ground level, together with a smaller rental apartment, also part of the villa where the owners live, at first floor.
    The property is surrounded by olive trees, a small orchard, grass lawns and a pool, becoming a relaxing place for your holidays.
    The apartment has 2 queen size bed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining area. A veranda overlooks the grass lawn. Free private parking.

    The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay (kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, espresso coffee machine, barbecue, cable flat-screen TV, hairdryer, iron, linen, towels, beach towels, air conditioning, free WiFi).
    Use of the pool is shared with the owners (especially on Sundays) and with the other guests staying in the smaller apartment.

Fabulous stay in a great villa

Fantastic, spacious and very well equipped villa set amidst rolling hills just outside Alghero. We were a family of four with kids aged 7 and 10 and had a wonderful week, making full use of the pool and exploring the local beaches. Nicola was a kind and gracious host, always available to help. Highly recommended.

Alghero Country Stay

This was such a wonderful place to stay... Tucked in a beautiful countryside, within an Olive Grove, but just minutes outside of the City limits. Our Host, Nicola was incredible!!! Most excellent directions to accurately find our lodging, and he was so warm and inviting... lots of suggestions and recommendations that were spot on!! The pool and grounds were gorgeous!! Such a relaxing place for our vacation!

Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei Kindern eine unvergessliche Woche bei Nicola und seiner Familie und haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Der herzliche Empfang, die Gastfreundschaft und die vielen liebevollen Details haben uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Man merkt in jeder Ecke, wie viel Herzblut Nicola und seine Familie in das Haus und das wunderschöne Anwesen stecken. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem riesigen Salzwasserpool – das Wasser war unglaublich angenehm und an fast allen Tagen hatten wir den Pool sogar komplett für uns allein. Obwohl man sich den Pool gelegentlich mit dem kleineren Apartment oder der Familie teilt, war das für uns überhaupt kein Nachteil. Im Gegenteil: Die Begegnungen waren immer herzlich und angenehm und haben die familiäre Atmosphäre des Anwesens unterstrichen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: Mitten in der Natur genießt man absolute Ruhe und ist trotzdem in wenigen Minuten in Alghero mit seinen Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus konnten wir den gesamten Nordwesten Sardiniens wunderbar entdecken – von traumhaften Stränden über Alghero bis zu einem unvergesslichen Abend an der La Pelosa. Nicola hatte für jeden Ausflug tolle Insider-Tipps, die unseren Urlaub noch besonderer gemacht haben. Vielen Dank, Nicola und seiner Familie, für diese wunderschöne Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Honestly, we felt it needed some money spent on it.The bed and the sofas were very uncomfortable and even the sunbeds are feeling tired, and do not sit up enough to comfortably read and there were no comfortable chairs anywhere on the property, inside or out. Nicola was friendly and helpful. We had a great time, but would not stay there again. We felt in the way on a Sunday when we came back from the beach for some shade.

For our first trip to Sardinia, we found the perfect accommodation with Nicola: the spacious apartment, thoughtfully and fully equipped, left nothing to be desired and remained pleasantly cool even during hot weather. Surrounded only by the sounds of nature, it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy breakfast and dinner, unwind, read, play, and simply feel at home.A beautifully maintained, expansive property, a wonderful pool, and an especially relaxed, attentive, discreet, and generous host gave us an unforgettable and thoroughly relaxing holiday. We made use of many of his local tips — even if we didn’t quite make it all the way up to the Torre della Pegna .We are grateful and wish Nicola and his family all the best — and many more happy guests to come!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Pool und Garten

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und großzügig(viel Platz),großer abgeschlossener, ruhiger Garten mit Olivenbämen und Feigenbäumen.Der Pool traumhaft. Wünschenswert wäre die Information,dass es kein Ferienhaus ist und der Pool mit anderen Gästen geteilt wird.Nicola hat sich super gekümmert und war stets ansprechbar.Er hat uns wertvolle Informationen mitgeteilt.Wir kommen gerne wieder.
