Rooms are filthy. I had them switch my room, but it was the same in the new one. Dirt on the floors, greasy smudges on the furniture, stains on the sheets and towels. I had to clean my entire room and buy my own towels and sheets. The toilet was broken, wobbles back and forth when you sit on it. ...
