"The staff was wonderful & friendly. When we first arrived we thought the location & hotel looked wonderful but unfortunately the room didn’t work out for us. It was rainy season & it was extremely moldy & musty smelling. I had an asthma attack within only a few minutes of being in the room & had to leave. My daughter developed a very bad headache in a short time frame as well. The staff was very understanding & concerned & helped us with Expedia to refund our money. "

Adit was so kind to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything to us! The property was incredible. Our room was spectacular, such a dream! "The room was small but clean. The bathroom is outside under a roof (mostly private, but you can potentially hear your neighbors. The breakfast was the same menu options each day but good quality. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool in the courtyard is open during the day, but does not offer much shade. The distance to Padang Padang beach cannot be beat. There are many local stores and restaurants within walking distance"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff, especially the butler team (Risma, Walden & Jastin) were very friendly & attentive. The villa was clean & had a nice view. The way the property is laid out you have a lot of privacy. Unfortunately it rained for the 3 days we were there but the staff was great helping us arrange things to do & we order room service. The door was excellent. We also used the spa services which were very nice. Because to leave time to enjoy the spa facilities as well."
